This Mosaic dry-hopped double pale ale is just what it’s name implies. We left it unfiltered, so you get the full expression of flavors that result from interactions between yeast, three varieties of hops and pale malt. Heavy on aroma and body, it still doesn’t overwhelm the palette, but watch your intake!
