Beer Description
We call it a “New Jersey Uncommon,” as we took a classic vienna lager recipe, fermented it with Ale yeast, and through in a little Palisade Hops, in tribute to our favorite scenic highway drive (on the East Coast). With Vienna Malts and Palisade hops it results in creamy east coast twist on a West coast beer!
