Beer Description
There are plenty of great citrusy pale ales out there that have a wonderful floral nose. Seguin Ale isnโt one of them, we push the opposite extreme. We use high acid hops both in the boil and dry hop and only hold back the bitterness to add a little flavoring noble hops right before knock out. Seguin Ale is a punch to the mouth with a spicy bitter flavor. It leaves your taste buds shocked and the back of your tongue asking for more.
