Pushin’ Carts fermented fully in large French oak barrels. In addition to our house cultures it incorporates a stronger presence from lactobacillus, which contributes bright lemon and pineapple characteristics to compliment the oak and brett earthiness.
This rustic saison was brewed with our good friends over at Monkish. Pushin’ Carts fermented fully in large French oak barrels.
