Beer Description
Derogation is a sour golden ale that is barrel fermented with Brett and soured with lacto. The beer goes through a second fermentation with the addition of over 50 lbs of Alicante Wine Grapes per barrel and is then aged in the Hungarian Wine barrels for 10 – 12 months.
An amazing beer with an intense color, slightly over carbonated, which gives it a champagne like character. A perfect aperitif or brunch beer.
