Our version of this ale is a bright straw-colored ale with a refreshing balanced hoppiness. The addition of rye to the mash, imparts a delicate spice characteristic that compliments the fruity flavor profile from the Kölsch ale yeast. In addition this ale is lagered to retain the delicate notes of stone fruit & spice.
