Beer Description
A malt bill exclusively of German Munich and Vienna malts provide a toasty, slightly sweet and rich flavor balanced by a modest amount of German tettnang hops.
Mayflower Märzen is a lager designed in the tradition of those beers brewed for Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, the world’s largest beer festival running from late September until the first Sunday in October. This beer fermented slow and cool for two weeks, followed by six weeks of lagering (cold conditioning), producing a very smooth brew perfect for those crisp days of fall. This beer is available on draft only.
