Beer Description
This beer represents Michigan Chinook Hops grown locally by our hard working friends at Hop Yards of Kent in Rockford. Additionally, this beer was brewed with the exact same grain bill of barley and wheat in an attempt to showcase the individual characteristic of this hop variety. 100% of the grain was grown and malted by our friends at Michigan Malt Company in Shepherd, MI! We are proud to present this creation that is 100% pure Michigan grown flavors!!! Some tasting notes on the hop varieties… Balanced bitterness. Tropical fruit, mango, citrus and piney.
