Li’l Sticky I.P.A., a summer brew, is the li’l brother to our fall brew, the fresh hopped Wicked Sticky IPA. Coming in at 5.8%, this golden hued crisp ale is brewed with Cascade hops and dry hopped with locally grown Rakau hops from Four Star Farms in Northfield. This tasty brew suggestively reveals hints of pineapple and grapefruit that grab at your nose, enticing another whiff. Li’l Sticky is packed with a melody of flavors greeting you with a fresh and tasty finish that sticks around in your mouth, begging you to take another sip.
Suggested Pairings: Cranberry scones with lemon curd spread; Roasted chicken stuffed with goat cheese & rosemary; Zuchinni bread with honey butter.
