Big name, no frill tool. The slasher cuts the fields during harvest – not your throat. We thought we’d keep it tasteful with this delicious porter in the same way. No spice, flavoring or gimmicks, just the pure & simple taste of roasted sweet potatoes. Two varieties, added during the mash and the boil give a distinct starch mouthfeel and sweetness to this rich ale.
