Produced without spices and with little use of hop to emphasize its malt vocation, Momus has a double character: stout and impressive, feminine and elegant.
Momus is a beer with deep amber colour, rich and persistent froth. With notes of caramel and scents of toasted malt and cream its taste is fullbodied, round with a final hint of liquorice. To couple with red beef courses, tasty cheeses and a variety of cakes and pastries, or to enjoy in the evening, comfortably relaxing on your couch.
