Beer Description
Eric the dead is a strong dark sour Saison. It has a robust fruit character featuring flavors of date and fig from the addition of d-180 candi syrup. Aging on lightly toasted American white oak adds subtle coconut and wood flavors. The Saison yeast and rye malt add subtle spiciness, while the Brettanomyces adds additional hints fruit and funk.
