We started by hand toasting local New York State malt to give this Irish Red Ale a full, nutty, roasted aroma. Rich toffee notes and caramel mouthfeel are balanced sweetness to the finish. Ireland’s pubs offer a Red Ale as a main stay on their tap line up. For a wee bit of the Old Country, give this full bodied beer a try!
