Beer Description
This incredible one of a kind beer is made with cascade hops harvested from TINYFIELD ROOFHOP FARM in BROOKLYN, NY. One of if not the only commercial rooftop hop farm in New York City. In fact, this beer is so special that we used Tinyfield’s entire first year harvest to brew it. Wet hopping beer is all about hop quality and duration from harvest to brew. These beautiful little suckers spent less than 3 hours sitting around before being added to the kettle. Enjoy the pop of grassy/earthy aroma and taste.
