Beer Description
This year’s festival beer was brewed to celebrate 20 years of wild times at the Mammoth Festival of Beers & Bluesapalooza. Our 20th Anniversary specialty beer was fermented with three strains of Brettanomyces wild yeasts, then aged on apricots, elderflowers, and French oak. The wild character will develop more with age—as will some of us.
