Beer Description
An all malt beer soured in our brew kettle and boiled for stability.
We than added our house al yeast for primary fermentation. After that, Oregon cherries were put into our fermenter along with another yeast, Brettanomyces, to finish off the remaining sugars from the cherries and to add depth of character. THEN, just because we could, we aged this beer in Cabernet barrels for two months. Pink in color. Clean on the pallet. Complex after the first sip.
