Beer Description
Cider with honey produced in the Loiret region of France near the Orleans Forest.
A Sauternes style fermentation, matured in oak barrels for at least 20 months. Still, soft, sweet, robust, complex, oxidized minerality.
11.5% ABV. Can be aged for decades. Once opened, the bottle can be stored in the refrigerator for more than a year.
