Beer Description
We blended our lime gose with our tripel, which we aged in mescal barrels, and added lactobacillus and brett drie fontenin. Strong acidic and citrus notes hit you up front and finishes round with notes of oak. Refreshing and slightly reminiscent of a mescal based cocktail.
