Like our other ciders, we blend sweeter apples to obtain just the right amount of alcohol to preserve the flavor
Our Black Dragon is without apology, tart and dry. Why? Drinkers consistently say “Wow!” Eyes opened wide, followed by, “I like it!” Our Dragon bites because of a higher level of both acid and tannin found in a very few of our cider apples.
