Beer Description
Introducing our first Black IPA. Using a combination of Chocolate, Maris Otter, and Black malts, we take this brew’s bitterness up a notch. Then we hopped it up with a mix of Galena, Fuggles, Simcoe and Amarillo hops. The combination creates a bold, and rich beer with layers of complex bitterness and spice. This was collaboration brew with our friends at World of Beer to assist with raising money for flood relief in Columbia.
