Brewed with 200 pounds of fresh Saaz hops in their hop-back.
Wet hops are fresh off the vine and must be used within 48 hours for maximum aroma and bitterness potency; which means we only brew a couple batches in late summer when the first harvests of west coast hops can be shipped overnight.
