Beer Description
It may be fall, but a light, refreshing Witbier is welcome any season. Our take on this Belgian classic replaces the additions of bitter orange peel and coriander in the boil to cardamom seeds and grapefruit zest. Instead of a sharp citrus note and spicy aroma lent by the traditional ingredients, these additions lend rich orange and floral notes and juicy grapefruit flavor. A mild, lingering sweetness and mouthfeel still come across from the generous portions of wheat to lend balance and body. This beer is totally bangin’, bra.
