Beer Description
Pussy Pilot Parade is brewed at our little farmhouse brewery. It’s a BRIPA with a slightly dry, yet robust, malty body and a nice, citrusy finish. What’s a BRIPA? Stands for Black Rye India Pale Ale (aka Black Rye IPA). Black Rye IPAs are made with darker malts and, of course, a hefty dose of rye. We feel the rye adds the perfect touch to the overall flavor profile. Since this is an IPA, we also like to use a lot of hops. This brew is close to 50 IBUs and is finished with Columbus.
