Beer Description

Named after the Pelham Bay section of The Bronx. Our India Pale Ale doesn’t pack a typical West Coast IPA punch but strikes a better balance between dryness and drinkability. Pell’s Point 1776: 750 American Patriots, under the command of Col. John Glover, defeated a larger much British force of over 4000 men. British forces landed in Pelham Bay, intending to surround George Washington’s army and end the American Revolution. Col. Glover, outnumbered and out gunned, held the British long enough for George Washington to move his Army North. Without the heroic efforts of these few men, at a small battle in the Bronx, the American Revolution would been lost.
