The beer finishes dry and tart with a subtle chocolate, raspberry flavor.
A barrel aged funky version of our Smooth Operator oatmeal stout; aged over raspberries for a year and a half in a mix of Nottingham Cellar Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon barrels.
