Beer Description
Take your senses on a journey. Our 2015 Russian Imperial Stout was selected Second Place for the Michael Jackson Award at the Great British Beer Festival. This beer has been aged for nine months in Tennessee whiskey barrels where it was allowed to spontaneously sour. The malt bill is comprised of imported English pale, crystal, brown and black malts with a good amount of roasted barley and flaked oats. Hopping is a very generous helping of English variety First Gold.
