Beer Description
Saint Rebecca is the fourth beer in our Saint Series-American IPA; a series of beers that consist of one hop(Citra) and one malt(Great Western Pale),made one time only. It is our way to show our appreciation and admiration of those that have been indispensable in the opening of our brewery, the success of our brewery, and the success of our industry as a whole. Saint Rebecca (brewed for our friend Rebecca Revolution of Beer Revolution in Oakland). Up front Saint Rebecca is loaded with notes of Orange Marmalade, transitioning into a tropical bouquet of mango, tangerine, and Acapulco Gold; finishing with an assertive medley of citrus character.
