Batch No. 01 is a 6.9% ABV traditional English-style cider made with a blend of the finest locally-sourced heirloom cider apples, including Ashmead’s Kernal, Bramley’s Seedling, Chisel Jersey and Newtown Pippen. Aging in a variety of select vintage casks lends depth and uncommon character to this bold, dry cider.
