It is not an IPA – it is not a store, but it is a bottom-fermented beer , well hopped and dry hopped . It is a singlehop version – all hops Amarillo. The goal of this beer is to offer a completely dry beer without much residual sugar in combination with the hops . Then comes the hops right into its own , and Amarilloens characteristic flavor becomes apparent.
