Beer Description
Sour blonde aged on peaches.
Peaches en Floralia is a mixed Brett and bacteria fermentation in Chardonnay and bourbon barrels. Peaches were added to compliment the slightly funky/fruity Brettanomyces fermentation. The barrels were then aged and blended to perfection.
