Beer Description
Inspired by the famed Filipino surf break “Cloud 9,” and the clear tropical waters there within, we chose coconut as the star ingredient of this saison because much like the smooth ride you will find on these waves, the coconut will glide across your palate like a fresh ocean breeze. As a reminder to the fact that the ocean is not without its dangers, we’ve added black peppercorns from nearby southern India that will lend a slight bite to the finish of this sultry brew. So have fun in the sun, but look out for sharks!
