Beer Description
Our Pennyrile Pale ale aged in red wine barrels with a wild yeast strain. Fruity characteristics of apricot and pineapple along with floral notes play with woody characteristics coming from the barrel, and finishes with a subtle lingering citrus bitterness from the base beer.
