Beer Description
Our “Moon of the Dead” is a well-balanced imperial, notes of chocolate and raisin/apricot esters complimenting the ABV heat.
Our Russian Imperial Stout pours with a thick tan head and a dark chocolate body. Notes of stone fruit and roasted malt in the aroma compliment the mild notes of heat from the high abv. Flavor is rich and smooth with stone fruit popping on the tongue and chocolate and dark roasted malt following in a decadent, desert like mouth feel. We call it Luna de los Muertos (moon of the dead) for its dark colored head and body that are lit up with bold flavors of fruit, chocolate and dark roasted malt. The finish is slightly sweet and slightly bitter, proud characteristics of a well-rounded and balanced imperial.
