Beer Description
A perfect time for this style in North Carolina’s notorious January where it may be a dusting or 12 inches of flaky fury.
Sneeuw (pronounced SNOO) is Dutch for snow. For this IPA stylization, Andrew brewed a seasonal Belgian wit ale, with some orange peel for some added zip, and hopped it with Warrior, Columbus, Chinook, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops. A slightly tart and citrusy IPA with a clean finish is the result.
