Beer Description
Pistachio Nut Brown Ale is a traditional mild brown ale featuring a blend of Victory malt, a lightly roasted malt that establishes the beer’s nutty character; caramel malt, which adds sweetness; and Palisade hops, an aroma variety from the Pacific Northwest. The pistachio nuts are added to the mash tun at the beginning of the brewing process after Point’s brewers grind them using a hand grinder.
