Beer Description
We shipped this simple and clean Saison off to our kettle with our house lactobacillus blend to create a bright and tart acidity, then added in an orchard’s worth of Mandarina hops that provided a vibrant blast of Mandarin Orange character ripe with citrus notes, as well as an underlying bitterness that jabs at the sourness without overwhelming the palate.
