Beer Description
Our flagship pale ale has floral notes and a touch of citrus balanced by a delicate bready malt backbone. Healthy doses of gypsum in our brewing water combined with the use of a low mash temperature and pH produces a highly fermentable wort. The result is a pale ale having a clean, dry, refreshing finish with minimal residual sugars; a perfect choice for any occasion. Available year-round.
