This huge Russian Imperial Stout clocks in at 13.3% ABV and was aged in a combination of first-fill Wild Turkey bourbon and Ranger Creek .36 bourbon barrels. The nose features toffee, raisin, and sweet, boozy bourbon notes. Roasted malt, oak, and vanilla dominate the taste with more nuanced flavors of caramel and cherry developing as it warms.
