Highland St. Terese’s Pale Ale is a light copper color with a reasonably fizzy head that doesn’t linger. The taste is likewise, but even more subtle, leading to a light and crisp endeavor. The flavor could be a little more inviting, but it’s good nonetheless. It’s what a lot of pale ales strive to be and just short of what great pale ales are.
