Beer Description
It is cold fermented and cold aged to produce a smooth malt flavor.
Our Bourbon Street Alt is a bourbon barrel-aged Dusseldorf-style Alt beer, brewed with pale and German specialty malts including Munich, Carared, and Melanoidin. Next, the beer is aged for another eight weeks in small batch bourbon barrels. The result is a strong German-style alt with sweet flavors of malt and warm bourbon flavors from the barrels.
