Beer Description
A light straw colored, smooth, and crisp Belgian-style ale. Covalent Blonde is brewed with Pilsener, wheat, and aromatic malts balanced with English Nugget and German select hops, which lend a mellow floral and fruity aroma. Sheโs fermented with a Belgian Abbey yeast that provides fruity esters and an earthy and spicy phenolic flavor with a dry finish.
