Beer Description
Brewed with Munich and Caramunich malts for a rich malt character and some sweet, caramel and toffee notes. We also use a bit of chocolate malt for a hint of dark chocolate character in the finish. The beer is soured using a kettle souring process where the bacteria is added to the kettle after mashing and left to sour overnight before it is boiled.
