Beer Description
Big Week is an American Golden Sour with delicate tartness complimented by flavors of Chardonnay and peaches. Big Week went through a year-long fermentation in Frank Family Vineyard Chardonnay barrels utilizing a solara from our wild Farmhouse Ale, Pêche de Vigne. A small amount of beer and the peaches were left in the bottom of the barrel, and a golden, dextrinous wort was placed inside. Big Week is the result of this process, and its unique flavors with echoes of the barrel’s special past will make your week!
