Beer Description
Thomas Eichenseher, Braumeister at Karmeliten Brauerei in Bavaria, visited us in St. Louis and helped us brew this traditional amber-colored wheat beer. The first of many collaborations with Karmeliten, this beer features prominent fruitiness and nutty, caramel malt notes, and the addition of fresh wort to the fermentation tank provides its spritzy carbonation.
