Aunt Bernice returns with some passion. Our Beliner Weisse is a tart wheat beer, soured with lactobacillus.
The style originates from Northern Germany and is traditionally served with a fruit syrup. We’ve added passion fruit and guava to this sassy and tart lady to honor that tradition.
