Beer Description
This special one off IPA is a collaboration with our friends Nathan Smith from the Brewing Network and Master Cicerone Nicole Erne. It starts off with a medium bitterness that is delicately balanced by Simpsons Best Pale malt and Crisp Marris Otter malt. Followed up with pine, fruit, and hearty dank flavors from Simcoe, Columbus, Citra and Mosaic hops. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe for wonderful aromas of tropical fruit, berry, and pine.
