Beer Description
We started with a fairly traditional Doppelbock recipe, heavy with Munich malts, but then added in a touch of smoked malt and sweet cherries. Watch out because the Cherry Bomb-omb has the same bready, toasty malt character of a doppelbock, but with a mini explosion of cherries that just deepens the dark fruit aromas and flavor of this higher alcohol lager.
