Beer Description
Brewed with a small addition of Red Currants this is a very complex, dark, rich strong ale. Notes of Raisin, Plum and Fig. Very little hop bitterness. The alcohol tends to balance out the malty sweetness. This ale was aged for over a month in the fermenter and another three in the keg.
