This Pilot Batch was all about discovering the flavors of a new hop, Equinox. Grown in the Pacific NW, Equinox has flavors of tropical fruits, with herbal and pepper notes. Brewmaster Eric Marshall combined Pilsner and Wheat malts for an unfiltered canvas for Equinox to shine!
