This Helles Bock doesn’t stop with a well balanced verse of up-tempo notes of spicy hops, caramel and toffee malt character. Using Michigan Zuper Saaz hops from Hophead farms: It keeps rocking and transitions effortlessly into a chorus of natural caramel sweetness with toasty notes that harmonize perfectly with a slight alcoholic warmth while held together by a rhythm section that is a strong and steady malt backbone for the rest of the beer to play off of.
